Hangman Point, Devon

Hangman Point, Little Hangman

Uploader's Comments

Little Hangman is a near-conical hill creating a headland on the eastern side of Combe Martin Bay. From the angle that this photograph was taken its pointy shape is not so obvious however. Little Hangman rises to a height of 218m (715') whereas Great Hangman a mile or so along the coast rises to an impressive 318m (1043') and its 800' sea cliff is the highest in England.
