Halleywell Fell, Carlisle

Shed beside fence on Halleywell Fell

Uploader's Comments

The fence crosses a ridge between the valleys of Quickcleugh Burn and Black Burn. The shed is in a poor state of repair and probably abandoned for any farming or estate use. Halleywell Fell lies mainly beyond the fence; the building known as Halleywell, once occupied and now used as a farm store, is seen distantly on the farther slope.
