The Feldon Burn is one of the two main streams draining the northern slopes of Horseshoe Hill, the other being Eudon Burn. The estate road crossing the bridge climbs to the B6278 which crosses the slope above. The small fenced enclosure at the left side of the image has a rain gauge within.
