A sea kayak is probably the best way to photograph geographs like this containing only reefs and small islets. The sea in the NW of this geograph is very shallow and many dangerous rocks are concealed just below the surface. We saw lots of oyster catchers here and empty crab and sea urchin shells on the rocks were evidence of recent otter lunches!
