River Findhorn at Ardclach

Uploader's Comments

Ardclach is a convenient take-out for the Upper Findhorn, or put-in for the middle river, although access is by a steep track with limited parking (the graveyard is still used and occasionally there will be no room for canoeists). An alternative is downstream by the main A939 bridge, although if you've just paddled the Upper in levels as low as that shown here, you will probably regret having to paddle the extra mile of fairly flat water !
