Adam Seat is a minor top of Harter Fell on the east ridge and just above the Gatescarth Pass. The view north includes a short stretch of Haweswater. There is an 'H' carved on the south side and an 'L' on the other (presumably for the Lowther Estate who own large tracts of these fells).
